I wanted to share a little something different.
You don't always have to get your workouts in the gym. It's always nice to switch it up, get out side change the scenery & you'll be surprised at how sore you can get just from doing something different!! :)
For my little workout I did:
Reverse lunges 20x ea.
Reverse lunges w/ booty kick 12x ea.
Push ups w/ alternating leg lifts 20x
Donkey kicks 20x ea.
Repeat 4-5x for the best results ;)
No equipment needed. You can even do this at home!
