1.Upper press barbell 3-4set x 10-15reps
2.Pilates ball - Flyes 3set x 10reps
3.Push-up twist 3set x 10-15reps
4.Dumbbells chest press 4set x 10-15reps
5.Overhead press with dumbbell 3set x 10-12reps
6.Flyes with dumbbells 3set x 12-15reps
7.One arm flyes 3set x 10/10reps
