Side bend: 30 Reps ( 15 each side)

Squat: 30 Reps

Push-up: 25 Reps

Donkey kick: 30 Reps ( 15 each leg)

Thigh lift: 30 Reps ( 15 each leg)

Mountain climber + push: 15 Reps

Chaturanga: 15 Reps
